Dom Brown expected to play for Fightins on Tuesday

PHILADELPHIA - Phillies All-Star outfielder Dominic Brown is expected to play in a rehab game with the Reading Fightin Phils on Tuesday night. The team will be opening a series in Harrisburg.

Brown said in reports over the weekend that he planned on playing for single-A Lakewood on Monday then Reading on Tuesday. He then expects to return to the Phillies by Wednesday or Thursday.

Philadelphia hosts the Cubs this week.

Brown has been out since July 23rd with concussion symptoms. He leads the Phillies in home runs, RBIs and runs scored.
