Lundquist, 40, is heading into his seventh season in the Philadelphia farm system and second as pitching coach. Prior to joining Reading in 2013, he spent four seasons as pitching coach with Clearwater, including two seasons under Wathan. His first season in the Phillies system came with Lakewood in 2008. The Hickory, North Carolina resident started his coaching career in the Pittsburgh system where he coached Williamsport (SS) in 2005 and Hickory (A) in 2006-07. As a player, he appeared in 37 major league games as a relief pitcher with the White Sox in 1999 and the San Diego Padres in 2001-02.

Ducey, 48, returns to the Phillies organization as the hitting coach with the Fightins.  He previously was a hitting coach with the Harrisburg Senators in 2004 and the Class A-Short Season Staten Island Yankees in 2005.
