Fightin Phils get extra inning win at Harrisburg

Reading knocks off Harrisburg in extras

HARRISBURG - The Reading Fightin Phils outlasted the Harrisburg Senators, 4-3, on Tuesday night at Metro Bank Park in 12 innings.

Albert Cartwright plated the go-ahead run in the 12th on a sacrifice fly. Kyle Simon locked it down in the bottom half of the frame, sealing a win for Tyler Knigge.

Kelly Dugan hit his 5th home run of the year, a solo shot in the second inning.

The series will continue at Metro Bank Park on Wednesday night at 7:00.
