Man found guilty in DUI crash that killed motorcyclist

NORRISTOWN, Pa. - A Berks County man has been convicted of driving under the influence and homicide by vehicle.

Francis Lynch, of Hereford Township, caused a collision with a motorcycle on Kutztown Road in Upper Hanover Twp., Montgomery Co., in April 2012

The motorcyclist -- a man from Longswamp Twp., Berks Co. -- was killed in the crash.

Lynch and a passenger in his vehicle were not hurt.

Lynch is now awaiting sentencing.
