Fundraiser held for family of Reading boy who died

READING, Pa. - A Reading family who lost their little boy last week is trying to raise money for his funeral.

The family of 7-year-old Josiah Boggs held a bake sale for members of the community. on Friday. They didn't have insurance for Josiah and said they wanted to do something for the community that's been giving them donations to help bury him.

"We're selling hot dogs, selling cookies, because they keep helping us out, but we still wanna give them something back for appreciation," said Renee Robinson.

Josiah was found the day before Mother's Day hanging from a closet rod with a curtain around his neck. Officials have not yet determined the cause of his death, but they are investigating it as a tragic accident.
