Ground broken on new building at Berks Park 78

BETHEL TWP., Pa. - An industrial park in northwestern Berks County is preparing for a new tenant.

Dermody Properties has broken ground on a 750,000-square-foot building at Berks Park 78 in Bethel Township.

A rendering released by developers shows what the building will look like.

The developers said it will be ideal for distribution and warehouse operations.

Berks Park 78 is already home to Dollar General and PetSmart distribution centers.
