READING, Pa. - All charges have been dismissed against the suspect in the shooting of a man in south Reading.

A magisterial district judge made that decision Friday the victim refused to testify at a preliminary hearing for Christian Diaz-Hernandez, who had been charged with attempted homicide, aggravated assault, and weapons offenses.
