Man sentenced in tax evasion case

A Berks County man accused of failing to turn over more than $4.5-million to the IRS will be spending time behind bars.

Authorities say Harvey Bitler has been sentenced to 46 months in prison.

He's also been ordered to pay restitution.

Authorities say Bilter owned "Big H Farms" and "B-H Farms."

They say taxes were withheld from employee paychecks between 2007 and 2012, but no payments were made to the IRS.
