Muhlenberg excited to face Palmyra

LAURELDALE - The Muhlenberg football team rolled in its opener, 50-0, over Bishop McDevitt. The Muhls are excited to face a stiffer challenge in week 2 when Palmyra comes to town.

Rich Kolka's team has focused on shoring up  both it's offensive and defensive lines in practice this week. The Muhls know they'll have to be sharper in the trenches as the season goes along.

However, Muhlenberg was very efficient offensively. The shutout speaks for itself defensively.

The Muhls are trying continue the program's turnaround that started last year, a season in which Muhlenberg narrowly missed the District III tournament.
