Michael Picard, 22, of Myerstown, is facing several charges, including involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, sexual assault, statutory sexual assault, and aggravated indecent assault.

The incident took place in Bethel Township in 2015, when the alleged victim was 14 years old, authorities said.
