One injured in reported stabbing in Reading

Police looking for man they say stabbed his ex-girlfriend

READING, Pa. - Reading Police are investigating a reported stabbing.

It happened just after 10 p.m. Sunday in the 1300 block of Perkiomen Street.

The victim was a woman who received lacerations to her face, arm, and a stab wound to her back, police said. She underwent surgery,but her condition is not known.

Police said the 33-year-old victim's two young children were present at the time of the stabbings.

Police said her ex-boyfriend was responsible for her injuries, and he's been charged with attempted homicide.

He was identified as 32-year-old Bladimir Delvalle of Reading and police are on the lookout for him.
