Pest problem forces diner to close 'for cleaning'

WEST READING, Pa. - A diner in Berks County has temporarily closed its doors because of a pest issue.

The West Reading Diner on Penn Avenue has posted a sign on its door informing would-be customers that it's closed "for cleaning."

An inspector for the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture said the diner has had "pest control issues."

The diner said it will "reopen soon," but there's no word on an exact date or time.
