Police ID alleged bank robber

READING, Pa. - 69 News viewers have helped police identify the suspect in the robbery of a credit union in Reading last weekend.

Jarvis Gulley robbed the Riverfront Federal Credit Union, 430 S. Fourth St., on the morning of May 24, police said.

Gulley, 26, of Reading, stands about five feet, seven inches tall and weighs more than 200 pounds, said police, who noted that he had a beard at the time of the holdup.

Tips from viewers who saw surveillance images of the robbery on 69 News led police to identify Gulley as the suspect, investigators said.

Now, police are hoping someone knows where Gulley is. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call Crime Alert Berks County at 877-373-9913. A cash reward of up to $5,000 is being offered for information that leads to his arrest.
