Police: More tires slashed on parked cars in Mt. Penn

MT. PENN, Pa. - A tire-slashing vandal or vandals have struck again.

Someone slashed more tires in Mt. Penn sometime Monday night or Tuesday morning, when several cars parked in the 2600 block of Hollywood Court were targeted, police said.

That's on top of at least 17 cars that had their tires slashed Sunday night into Monday morning.

Anyone with information about the tire slashings should contact Crime Alert Berks County via anonymous text to 847411, starting the message with keyword alertberks. Tips can also be reported by going to alertberks.org or by calling 877-373-9913.
