Rally in Reading calls for US immigration reform

READING, Pa. - Some people in Reading rallied for immigration reform Tuesday.

A group of about 20 people gathered outside the Mi Casa Su Casa restaurant in the 300 block of Penn Street.

Immigration reform, they said, will strengthen the economy. They're urging Republican Congressmen Jim Gerlach and Joe Pitts to support the plan the Senate passed last month.

That plan would provide a chance at citizenship to undocumented immigrants.
