Reading students uninjured in minor bus accident on 1st day of school

Driver of car to be cited for parking illegally, police say

READING, Pa. - The first day of school began with a bit of excitement outside 13th and Union Elementary School in Reading on Monday.

A school bus was dropping students off outside the school shortly after 8:30 a.m. when it clipped an illegally parked car, police said.

No one was injured.

The driver of the car will be cited for parking illegally, police said.
