Retrials of Engleman and Connor to begin Tuesday in Northampton County

EASTON, Pa. - The retrials of two men connected to the shooting death of Berks County Sheriff's Deputy Kyle Pagerly will begin Tuesday.

Northampton County District Attorney John Morganelli told 69 News that the trials of Jared Engleman and Maurice Connor will take place at the Northampton County Courthouse.

A change of venue in the cases was approved in October, shortly after a mistrial was declared in both cases.

Authorities said the two men gave guns to Matthew Connor, who used at least one of those guns to kill Pagerly in 2011.
