Royals late rally not enough in loss to Trenton

Royals rally falls short in loss to Trenton

READING, Pa. - The Reading Royals scored three goals in a furious third period rally, but it was not enough to overcome the Trenton Titans on Thursday night at the Sovereign Center. Reading fell, 6-4, and will wrap up the regular season Saturday night at home against Elmira before turning their attention to the playoffs.

Barry Almeida scored a pair of goals for the Royals. Stan Galiev and Kirk MacDonald each added a goal for Reading.
