Royals ready for West Coast test

Royals know they face challenge at Stockton

READING, Pa. - The Kelly Cup Finals have shifted to Stockton, California. For the Royals, that means their longest road trip of the season and a very tough road test.

The Royals held home ice in games 1 and 2, winning 6-5 in overtime on Saturday followed by a 4-0 shutout on Sunday.

The team left early on Monday morning on two separate flights. They won't have much time to get their legs back, with game 3 scheduled for Tuesday night at 10:00 EST.

The Royals are satisfied that they won both games at the Sovereign Center. But they know that they'll have to match the intensity and emotion of a Stockton team that plays well at home.
