Town hall meeting set for hailstorm victims in Berks County

SPRING TWP., Pa. - Various professionals are preparing to gather to answer questions homeowners may have about damage caused by last week's hailstorm.

Kohl Building Products has organized a town hall meeting, which will take place on Tues., June 3 between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. at Glad Tidings Church, 1100 Snyder Rd., Spring Township, Berks County.

Detective Robert Heiden, of the Berks County district attorney's office fraud division; Jeff Rohaly, head of property, casualty and life for the Pennsylvania Insurance Commission; and Pat Dolan, president, Home Builders Association of Berks County, will be on hand to address various issues regarding home repairs. They'll also participate in a question and answer session.

No sales or contractor solicitations will take place, but information about roofing, siding, windows and skylights will be available, organizers said.
