Bethlehem Catholic Wins 2A State Wrestling Championship

Pen Argyl Ousted In Consolation Semifinals

Bethlehem Catholic won its first ever PIAA dual meet championship today, beating defending champion Fort LeBoeuf 38-21 to win the 2A state title in Hershey.

The Golden Hawks earned bonus points in six bouts and surrendered bonus points in only two.

They won every bout from 103 lbs to 130 lbs en route to knocking off last year's state champs.

The win comes one week after Becahi won its first ever District 11 dual meet title over Pen Argyl.
