Bethlehem Police: Man stabbed while fighting off robber

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Bethlehem Police are investigating a report of man stabbed early Thursday.

Police said a man was stabbed after he fought against a man who tried to rob him around 1:45 a.m. in the 1100 block of Daly Avenue.

The would-be robber was described as a Hispanic male, 5 feet 8 to 5 feet 9 inches tall, skinny build with short hair.

He was wearing a white T-shirt and black pants.

The suspect apparently tried to steal the victim's bag.

There's no word on the victim's condition.
