Coroner ID's victims in St. Patrick's Day blaze in Emmaus

EMMAUS, Pa. - The Lehigh County Coroner has identified the four people killed in a fire on St. Patrick's Day.

Montana Twining, 16, Melissa Twining, 48, David Jenkins, Jr., 65, and Lena Marie Adamo, 56, all of Emmaus, were killed in a fire inside the nine-unit duplex at 36-38 South Fifth Street in Emmaus on Sunday, the coroner said.

All were pronounced dead at the scene and died from thermal injuries and smoke inhalation, the coroner's office said.

Relatives tell 69 News that Montana was Melissa's son and was a student at Emmaus High School.  David was her boyfriend.  Lena Marie lived in a separate apartment.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.

Autopsies are scheduled for Wednesday.
