Cyclists pay tribute to fallen officer

Ride for Wise

READING, Pa. - Motorcyclists came out to remember a Reading police officer killed in the line of duty.

The annual *Ride for Wise* honors Officer Michael Wise, who was killed during a shoot-out in 2004.

The ride started at noon Sunday at Reading Area Community College and traveled past the cemetery where Wise's grave resides and ended up in Cleona.

Donations go to the Michael H. Wise Foundation -- a charity set up by his fellow officers.

It helps fund community projects put on by local law enforcement.

This year they raised more than $100,000.
