Decade Old Rape-Murder Case Given Second Look

EASTON, Pa. - A rape and murder conviction that's nearly a decade old is getting a second look.

A judge has ordered new DNA testing done in the case of Scott Oliver.

In 1991, Oliver was convicted of raping and killing an 11-year-old girl in Easton.

But investigators say recent tests show that DNA taken from the victim belongs to a man who is not Oliver.

Now, additional testing will be done on other pieces of evidence linked to the crime.
