Del Robyn Fenty back in Allentown, accused of shooting at Allentown police

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - A man accused of shooting at Allentown Police is back in Pennsylvania.

Officials in New York say Del Robyn Fenty has been extradited back to Pa. and arraigned.

He was arrested in the Bronx, N.Y., last month, days after he allegedly fired shots at police, after a domestic disturbance on North Third Street.

Three officers suffered minor injuries, but none had been shot.

Fenty will next appear in court on October 30 for a preliminary hearing.
