Drew Bodden guilty of murder in crash that killed 9-year-old girl

DOYLESTOWN, Pa. - A Bucks County man was found guilty Wednesday of all charges, including third degree murder, for causing a crash that killed a 9-year-old girl.

Drew Bodden now faces a maximum sentence of 40 years in state prison. He will be sentenced in the next 60 days, officials said.

Bodden was driving his car between 142 and 154 miles per hour when he crashed into the rear of an SUV on Route 611 in Doylestown on Thanksgiving Eve in 2012.

Holly Huynh, a passenger in the SUV, was killed. Two other people were injured.
