Fire extensively damages home in Northampton County

Owners weren't home when blaze began in Palmer Twp.

Fire damages Palmer Twp home

PALMER TWP., Pa. - A home in Northampton County suffered extensive damage when a fire broke out mid-day Sunday.

Officials said the blake started at 2626 Anthony Court in Palmer Township, Northampton County around noon.

The back of the home had extensive fire, smoke and water damage.

Crews had the fire under control in about 20 minutes.

No one was home at the time the fire started.

No injuries were reported.

There's no word on what might have sparked the fire.
