Fmr. DeSales employee denied sentence reduction

A Berks County man who admitted to videotaping a breast feeding co-worker won't get a reduced sentence.

A judge has ruled against a probation request for John Bednarik of Blandon.

Bednarik was the Director of Campus Environment at DeSales University.

He was fired after police charged him with spying on a co-worker and two women at the DeSales gym.

Bednarik admitted to invasion of privacy and was sentenced to nine to 21 months in prison.

Bednarik's attorney will seek bail for him on Wednesday while he appeals to the state Superior Court.
