Former firefighters plead guilty to arson

Two Bucks County former firefighters accused in several cases of arson will now spend time behind bars.

The Bucks County officials said Cody Wagenseller of Perkasie and Adam Weaver of Sellersville,have pleaded guilty to multiple counts of arson, and charges of criminal mischief and recklessly endangering other people.

Wagenseller, 19, and Weaver, 20, were accused of setting several fires in Bucks County, including those of a massive hayfield and an old warehouse in September of 2013. Five of the fires were in West Rockhill Twp.

Officials said both men have served with the Sellersville Fire Company.

Each man was sentenced to spend 1 to 2 years in prison, plus 10 years of probation.
