Sandusky appeals set for December

Jerry Sandusky is headed back to court to start contesting his conviction.

Judge John Cleland has scheduled an appeal hearing for December 10th to hear more about Sandusky's post-sentencing motions.

The former assistant Penn State football coach has been calling for a new trial or for the charges against him to be dropped.

He is currently in prison serving 30-60 years for sexually molesting 10 boys over a 15-year period.
