Investigators look for clues in case of body burned in truck

KNOWLTON TWP., N.J. - Investigators in Warren County, New Jersey are trying to figure out how a tow truck caught on fire with a body inside.

The Warren County prosecutor's office is now looking into this.

Investigators say they found a burning tow truck and body on Friday night on Interstate 80 in Knowlton Township, east of Portland, Northampton County.

The prosecutor's office says DNA testing must be performed to determine who the victim is -- the body has been burned beyond recognition.

It's also unclear who owns the truck and how it got there.

The investigation is ongoing.
