IronPigs starting rotation getting thin

With Tyler Cloyd's recent call-up by the Phillies, the IronPigs starting rotation is getting thin.

Cloyd, who is filling in for the injured Roy Halladay, will make his 2013 Phillies debut on Friday night in Arizona.

Cloyd's promotion comes on the heels of Jonathan Pettibone's call-up last month to replace the injured John Lannan.

Without the Cloyd and Pettibone, the 'Pigs are now missing the two starters they had hoped would headline their rotation this season.

Zach Miner, a reliever by trade, was scheduled to start in Cloyd's place on Wednesday night against the Louisville Bats.
