Police seek person of interest in Ruscombmanor bank robbery

RUSCOMBMANOR TWP., Pa. - State police have identified a person of interest in the armed robbery of a bank in Berks County on Wednesday.

Investigators said they want to question Kenneth Reber, a 42-year-old man from the Fleetwood area, in connection with the holdup at the Vist Financial bank at Pricetown and Blandon roads (Routes 12 and 73) in Ruscombmanor Township.

A masked man armed with a gun and wearing dark clothing got away with cash from two tellers inside the bank just after 12:30 p.m., said state police, adding that the robber fled west on Pricetown Road in a bright blue Mitsubishi Outlander.

Anyone with information about the robbery can call Crime Alert Berks County at 877-373-9913. A cash reward of up to $5,000 is being offered for information that leads to an arrest.
