Lawyers seeking reduced sentence in Fox's death

The man who admitted to buying the gun that was used to kill a police officer in Montgomery County wants to have his sentence reduced.

Michael Henry was sentenced to 20-66 years in prison last month for buying the gun used to kill Plymouth Township police officer Brad Fox.

Henry's lawyers say prosecutors excessively focused on the fallen officer during the sentencing process.

Fox was shot and killed by Andrew Thomas last September after a chase.

Thomas then took his own life.
