Lehigh men, women cruise past Colgate

Lehigh beats Colgate, improves to 3-0 in Patriot League

The Lehigh men beat Colgate 60-45 Saturday night at Stabler Arena, improving to 3-0 in Patriot League play for the first time in seven years.

The Mountain Hawks improve to 4-0 since losing All-American guard C.J. McCollum to a broken foot.

Lehigh got 14 points from Mackey McKnight, 12 points and 12 rebounds from Holden Greiner, and 12 points and eight rebounds from Anthony D'Orazio.

The Mountain Hawks will travel to Lewisburg to face Bucknell on Wednesday in a battle of Patriot League unbeatens.

Sixers coach Doug Collins was in attendance at the game.

The Lehigh women earned a 70-62 win at Colgate, improve to 2-1 within the Patriot League.

Kerry Kinek and Hilary Weaver each had 18 points to lead the Mountain Hawks.

Katie O'Reilly chipped in with 10 points, while Lindsay Hoskins added nine.
