Lehigh tops Holy Cross, improves to 7-1 in Patriot League

Lehigh opened the second half of its Patriot League schedule with a 68-61 win at Holy Cross Saturday night.

It was just the second win in Lehigh's last 19 games at the Hart Center. 

The Mountain Hawks improve to 7-1 in the Patriot League with the win.

Mackey McKnight was one of four Lehigh players in double-figures, leading the way with a game-high 22 points.

Gabe Knutson finished with 14, Holden Greiner had 13, and B.J. Bailey chipped in with 10.

The Lehigh women will host Holy Cross on Sunday at 2pm at Stabler Arena.
