Appeals court to hear case of banned boobies bracelets

PHILADELPHIA - The legal drama surrounding breast cancer bracelets is headed back to the courtroom.

The battle centers around two students in the Easton Area School District who were suspended in 2010 for wearing bracelets that say "I heart boobies."

A judge overturned a ban on the bracelets last year, but the district appealed and the case was argued in front of a panel of three judges.

The court's opinion was never released in that hearing, and Thursday, a judge issued an order saying that the case will be reheard by the full Third Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia.

Fourteen judges will be on hand for the hearing.
