2 attempted robberies in Easton may be related

2 attempted robberies in Easton

EASTON, Pa. - Easton Police are investigating after two armed robbery attempts Sunday night.

Police say the first happened around 9:45 p.m.. in the area of South 14th and Spruce streets.

They say a black male in his 20s with shoulder length dreadlocks, wearing a dark t-shirt and jeans tried using a handgun to rob someone.

Police say around 10:30 p.m.,  another attempted robbery happened at South 9th and Spruce streets.

The would-be robber had a similar description.

Police say the suspect fled the area in a white SUV, possibly a Jeep Cherokee Sport or older Chevy Blazer.
