Cash reward offered in Lehigh County elk death

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - There is now a reward for information on the death of an elk in Lehigh County.

The Lehigh Valley Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $2,000 for information that leads to an arrest. 

State police began an animal cruelty investigation after someone intentionally killed an elk between December 3-4, 2016 at the the Lehigh Valley Game Preserve in North Whitehall Township. 

Anyone with information is urged to contact state police at 610-861-2026 or Lehigh Valley Crime Stoppers at 1-800-426-TIPS. Callers do not have to give their name.
