Air Products plant in France reopens after terror attack

Operations resumed Monday at the Air Products factory in southeastern France that was the site of a deadly terror attack last week.

One person was killed in that attack on Friday. Authorities say the suspect admitted to beheading his boss, but he isn't saying much else.

That suspect had been flagged in 2006 for having ties to radical Muslims. Surveillance was lifted in 2008.
