Allentown Art Museum plans for alternative future

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - The Allentown Art Museum has designs for an ambitious future.

The 83-year-old institution is launching a new strategic plan complete with a new logo.

Officials say they will start focusing more on contemporary art and community involvement.

The museum wants to create a more immersive atmosphere by teaming up with the likes of the Allentown School District and Allentown Symphony Hall.
