Allentown man pleads guilty to fatal shooting

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - An Allentown man who police say shot and killed another man has pleaded guilty.

Officials say Luis Santiago-Nieves pleaded guilty Wednesday to third degree murder and robbery.

Police say Nieves held down 39-year-old Edgardo Fuentes Rosado, as Jefran Canales Tapia allegedly shot him several times back in February at the Wynnewood Apartments on Emmaus Avenue.

Santiago-Nieves will be sentenced on January 3.

Tapia's case was continued until December 5.
