Allentown man shot; police investigating circumstances

Police: Shooting victim's injuries not life threatening

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - Allentown police are trying to determine what led to an early Sunday morning shooting that left a 24-year-old man injured.

The shooting happened around 2:30 a.m. in the 600 block of North 7th Street.

Police said the shooting victim was taken to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries.

Police are trying to determine the circumstances for the shooting. Police said the shooting victim is not fully cooperating with the investigation.

Anyone with information on this incident is asked to call Allentown police.
