Allentown police find 3-year-old boy wandering in Midway Manor section

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - Allentown police found a 3-year-old boy wandering the streets of the city Thursday morning.

They believe he is a light-skinned Hispanic male with brown hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a diaper and carrying shoes. He is also wearing a lime green tank top with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles on it.

However, police say they cannot understand his name.

He was found in the 2000 block of East Pennsylvania Street, in the Midway Manor section of the city around 9:45 a.m.

Police say they walked around the whole area to try and find parents, but they couldn't. The boy is now at the police station. Children and Youth is trying to identify him.

He seems to understand English and Spanish, according to police.
