Woman pleads guilty in hit-and-run that injured toddler

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - A woman charged in a hit-and-run crash that critically injured a toddler in Allentown has reached a plea deal.

April Frame, of Salisbury Twp., Lehigh Co., pleaded guilty Monday to accidents involving death or injury.

Frame struck 3-year-old Annabelle Ruth in the 700 block of St. John Street in October, police said. The toddler was hospitalized in critical condition, but she survived the crash.

Investigators said Frame was driving without a license, but that charge was dropped as part of the plea deal.
