Batteries swiped from trucks at auto repair shop in Northampton County

LOWER MT. BETHEL TWP., Pa. - More than $1,000 worth of batteries were swiped from trucks parked at a Northampton County auto repair shop.

The theft happened sometime between 9 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Saturday in the parking lot of T & C Repair in the 5300 block of South Delaware Drive in Lower Mount Bethel Township.

Police said eight truck batteries valued at $1,146 were stolen from four vehicles.

Anyone with information is asked to call State Police in Belfast at 610-759-6106.
