Car takes out 3 light poles in Slatington

SLATINGTON, Pa. - Main Street in Slatington had to be shut down Saturday morning after a car took out three light poles.

The wreck happened around 6 a.m. when a woman driving driving south on Main Street swerved into a light pole.

The force of the impact on the wires caused two other poles to fall.

Ambulance crews treated the woman at the scene for unspecified injuries.

There's no word on what caused the crash.
