Catasauqua police nab armed robbery suspect

CATASAUQUA, Pa. - Police in Catasauqua say they've nabbed a man who robbed a store at gunpoint in broad daylight.

The robbery happened around 3:30 p.m. Saturday afternoon at the M&B Market in the 400 block of Second Street.

Police say a man showed a handgun and stole cash.

No one was hurt.

Police say they apprehended the suspect Sunday. The officer who provided 69 News the information about the arrest did not have the suspect's name readily available.
