Charges filed in Scoobie's fatal shooting, sources say

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - A man is being sought on homicide charges in the deadly shooting of another man outside a club in Bethlehem, authorities announced Wednesday.

Ulysses Rodriguez is being sought in the killing of Tyree Wimberly outside Scoobie's Gentleman's Club, 2327 Hanover Ave., on Jan. 26, said Lehigh County District Attorney Jim Martin.

Rodriguez, 20, is still at large and should be considered armed and dangerous, Martin said.

Bethlehem police and the district attorney's homicide task force are asking for the public's help in locating Rodriguez.
